Felipe Luís Rebechi



Felipe is experienced in advising national and foreign companies, banks and investment funds in negotiating and drafting legal instruments in connection with financing and commercial transactions of varied complexities.

He has structured several trade and structured finance transactions, largely in the agribusiness sector, and transactions involving investment funds in a total amount exceeding US$ 3 billion.

The expertise with financing transactions includes the provision of solutions to mitigate risks, especially with respect to the choice, perfection and monitoring of collateral packages. With focus on innovative and business-oriented solutions, Felipe provides useful information to the client’s decision-making process during negotiations.

In addition, he provides legal assistance for incorporations of limited liability companies and corporations, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

At the restructuring and insolvency practice, Felipe assists clients in debt restructuring negotiations, drafting legal instruments and assisting with its execution and enforcement, including recovery of credits through lawsuits, judicial reorganizations and bankruptcies.
